SWANS FACE TIGERS AT MOULAMEIN
A SHOWDOWN between Moulamein Swans and Macorna Tigers highlights this Saturday’s round 12 action in the Golden Rivers FNL senior footy competition.
Second in the premiership race, Moulamein is on home turf to face the fourth-placed Tigers from 2.25pm.
Both teams carry winning form into this contest.

Macorna was down 25-32 at a quarter to go, but added 2.5 to a goal in the last to beat the Bombers.
In-form players for the yellow and black include Nick Ingleton, Jacob McIntosh, Lachlan Ritchie and Jordan Simpson.
Macorna will also look to ruckman Michael Roberts, centreman Shaun Haffenden, Jack Featherby and Alex Kirby to compete strongly.
When these clubs met in round six it was Moulamein which won a high-scoring contest, 155 to 87.
The ladder-leading Ultima is at home to play Wandella.
In round six, Ultima won 77-30 on Wandella’s ground.
Ultima is on the rebound from its first defeat of the season.
In last week’s play the Kangaroos could not stop Hay’s run to an 83-62 victory.

A talented Kangaroos’ line-up includes ruck-rover Ryan Devereux, Zac Cattlin, Jayden Kiel and Martyn Cooper in defence, and Jack Fletcher and Jake Foster in attack.
Wandella did well to push Macorna in last Saturday’s match.
Players to watch for the Bombers include centreman Russell Rich, ruck-rover Tim Robinson, Ryan Lancaster at full-forward, and Declan Hogg.
Wandella also has Jarred Schlitz in the ruck, Logan Keighran and Adam Ward at half-forward, Jayden Crellin and Ryan Lancaster in test.

A key to Murrabit’s chances rests greatly on key forward Damian Cupido.
The former Brisbane Lions and Essendon forward has kicked 37 goals to be leading the race for the Golden Rivers goalkicking award.
Hay named Kynan Headon at full-back.
Other players to watch for the Blues include Ed and Jono Aujard, Dustin Blake, Tobie Cameron and Morgan Randall.
