Finals Week 2

A HUGE thank you to everyone that got out to Lake Boga on Saturday to cheer on the B Ressie netball girls. You definitely helped get them over the line in the end. Massive congratulations to the girls, ready to go again next week at Woorinen vs the Swan Hill side. What a great effort by the B Res girls. That “never give up” attitude really stood strong in their game. The loud and vocal crowd no doubt helped the girls in some pressure netball. Well done on the 35 to 33 victory. Best players were Karla Allen and Nichola Pye in a strong team effort.

On Sunday in Balranald the A Grade ladies played wonderfully but weren’t able to come away with the win. Ending their season. They tried throughout the match going down 52 to 36 to the Mallee Eagles. In tough windy conditions the girls tried hard all game but couldn’t keep up with skill of the Mallee Eagles. 
Best players on the day were Nichola Miliano and Issy Corrie.

The Under 15 netballers, after finishing on top of the ladder, will begin their finals against Lake Boga. This game will be the 2^nd Semi Final at Woorinen. 

B Res will also play Saturday at Woorinen against Swan Hill. In another tough match we are all sure the girls will work hard all game and hopefully come away with the win!
