Welcome to season 2026

We hope you have all had a great off season over summer and maybe enjoyed some time away.
With the season now well and truely upon us the focus is now on the local football scene.
The club has been busy over the last couple of months with working bees, some clubrooms repairs and upgrades.
As you are all probably aware the club held its Debutante ball this year on the football ground for the first time. What a great job done by all involved to have such a great event. The venue looked spectacular, the Debutantes looked spectacular, and all the family and friends attending did too.
I’m sure the night was a huge success, again well done to all involved.
A big welcome to the club to all the new faces, whether  it be recruits, juniors or new families here for the first time, be sure to get around them and make them welcome in true “swooper” style.
The same must be said to all the other clubs, players and football/netball followers. With  this year seeing new clubs in the league and maybe a few challenges coming our way, let’s make sure we all get behind each other to make for a successful season.

The club is enormously grateful to all that put into our great club, be it financial, time or energy.
